The New Year is upon us and time to review my listing presentation to be sure it is up to-date and ready for the current market.      I always want the most current information in my listing presentation to reflect the times and the services I give to my Sellers.

Listing appointments can be difficult.   When a seller calls and wants their home on the market RIGHT AWAY, I get pretty excited.    
When you do the walk through, it is important for us to tell the truth.   This is the time we "make our list" for the seller to complete items to prepare the home for the public.    MOST of the time, the sellers know exactly what to do, and how it should look.    There are times where I see much more than the sellers do.
