Selling a home when there is an impending divorce can be difficult. If both parties can be civil, it sure is easier on all parties, and a much smoother process. You had a showing, excellent feedback, and the buyers are writing on your listing! This is what you want to hear after showings! You get the offer, read the terms, and find.... "contingent on the sale of their current property". You call the buyer's agent, and find the buyers have a house listed, and has been on the market for several months and still has not sold! Listing appointments can be difficult. When a seller calls and wants their home on the market RIGHT AWAY, I get pretty excited. When you do the walk through, it is important for us to tell the truth.
