should we list on weekends with snow cold: Is it a Good Idea to List a Home when the Temperatures will be Near Zero?

In Denver, I always watch the weather when I have a listing coming on the market. This weekend and early next week we have a DEEP FREEZE plus snow rolling into the Denver metro area. I woke this morning to hear it is only 10 degrees outdoors. This weekend the highs will be in the teens, and expecting negative numbers overnight.
When you have a vacant listing, and there is snow, you need to be sure to have someone shovel for the showings. Also, keep the heat on, if it is too cold in the listing, buyers won't stay. If there … (22 comments)
