zillow buyout of showingtime: Zillow buying out ShowingTime

They became a real estate company after they got all our information. Now they want to buy out Showingtime. This will give them at least the phone numbers of our clients, if not email too if you have reports sent to your clients.
I am so done with Zillow! Will Centralized Showing Service be back? Do we have to take over the showings of our listings now?
If Zillow will have control of this information, I certainly do not want to continue giving them information of my clientele. What other options do we have?
