condo rentals danbury ct: Are You Considering Renting A Danbury,CT Townhome? - 06/19/17 06:57 AM
Here are some things to consider if you are going to be become a landlord for a condominium in the Danbury,Ct or moving into a condo as a tenant to an owner.

-If the lease doesn't say the owner may install a lockbox and allow their … (0 comments)

2)Fill out a request for a credit check. Owners require it anyway, and if you want a place to rent, you wouldn’t have to wait around for the report to come back. The report is not … (0 comments)

I do rentals as a courtesy for people that are going to be in town … (0 comments)
