One bedroom condos give buyers an entry into the real estate market in the Greater Danbury. One bedroom condos have typically sold for under $200,000. Depending on your down payment & common charges, you might be able to own a home for only a little bit higher than what you would paying in rent for a similar properties. I don’t think there is a real stigmatism in owning purchasing a one bedroom condo. I recently attended a seminar hosted by Brendon Fray,a home mortgage consultant with William Pitt Mortgage.
