When you are out physically looking at houses, you can get a first hand idea of what the home at neighborhood and is like. Once you are there, it may look totally different than how the home shows in the pictures. Pictures sometimes provide a over filtered image that is too good so you are tempted to come over and take a look. Sellers must realize their home just not be only show great online, which is where buyers do their first showing before their agent or the listing agent to take a look.
