It is very much like the old-west out here in Danbury,CT. Year to date, closed prices are up 18% for single families in Danbury over the same time last year. (2020) Pricing for the townhomes have increased about 6% as well over the same time period. There's been a change of the number of properties sold in the time period as well, about 20% more condos where sold due to increased development at the Rivington Woodlands community and 6% fewer less single family homes.
