Well unfortunately the infamous "Kate' from the Philadelphia Spectrum days is no longer with us, a likely outcome for Fannie and Freddie. Will the Fed bail them out? Unfortunately, a likely event. Since, Congress passed the Mortgage bill we have seen both Fannie and Freddie's stock price crumble. How is it that we can attempt to save the necessary twins from extinction. Well the bottom line is we need a secondary market. The primary lenders are boxed in with the Foreclosure pile mounting daily. Not to be negative but ?
