I read an interesting new listing today for Carlsbad. The agent stated that there were “Mellow Roos,” which is a good thing to know because it’s more money out of your pocket as the new owner.
 
But there’s nothing "mellow" about Mello Roos in Carlsbad, or anywhere in North San Diego County where I do business.
