Praful Thakkar   has encouraged us to grab our crystal balls for this January contest, and come up with our predictions for our housing markets for 2017 (photo below courtesy of Keeping Current Matters).
 
 
Since my crystal ball is rather foggy and tends not to cooperate when asked, I’m forced to come up with my own thoughts, based on past and current trends, local market conditions and a healthy bit of educated guesswork (hopefully!).
