The Carlsbad Village Street Faire is supposedly the largest outdoor 1-day fair in the US, other than its counter-part, the Carlsbad Village Street Faire that takes place in November. The event is organized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce

The 44th annual Fiesta del Sol is coming soon, on May 31st and June 1st in Solana Beach. The Festival is sponsored by the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Belly Up and the City of Solana Beach.

2020 was a disappointing year for San Diego County Fair lovers – the pandemic forced the cancellation, as it did so many other events.
But the San Diego County Fair is BACK in 2021, and Friday June 11th is the big day – Opening Day, that is! Many will be saying TGIF for more than the typical Friday reasons as a result.
Things WILL look, and feel, different this year with a somewhat scaled back version of the fair offerings plus attendance will be limited to avoid huge crowds.
