Sadly, it needs to be said over and over, because sometimes sellers simply do not understand that their decisions or actions could be sabotaging the sale of their homes. And this is true in any market.
And if you are the listing agent and you are not addressing these issues with your client, shame on you! This stuff happens all the time!
