This is the message buyers are getting on a regular basis about Carlsbad homes for sale, and more quickly than they expect these days. It can be frustrating.
Sometimes it’s the “pending” status you see in the MLS within days of a home hitting the market, or even right away.
The number of Carlsbad homes for sale (mostly resales) now stands at 281 homes as of today, down 4%, another decline, from January 2013.

That’s right.
Carlsbad parents of high school students have until 4 pm on February 8, 2013 to choose the high school they want, or their kids want, to attend for 2013.
This applies only to current 8th and 9th graders.
The new Carlsbad Senior High School, Sage Creek High School, is slated to open in the Fall of this year with 9th and 10th grades only. 11th grade will be added the next year (2013 10th graders) and seniors in 2015.
