Like many folks throughout the world we were glued to the TV early in the morning (California time, that is) to watch the Inauguration LIVE. It's hard to put into words that haven't already graced the media as to what this means. Emotions ran high, of course, and I cannot remember any single event that has captured the attention of the world in the way in which this has...even 9-11. Regardless of your political persuasion, tomorrow is a historical day. It's an Inauguration, but a history making one as well. And for most folks it is taking place in one of the most difficult economic situations the US has faced in decades. Historical also for blogging and bloggers, since so much of what has happened with blogging has occurred since the last Inauguration. When one considers the potential flow of information and photos throughout the blogosphere and various social media sites, especially Twitter, that will occur tomorrow, it is mind-boggling.
