The Inn at Playa Del Rey outside Los Angeles, in the "Silicon Beach" area, is one of our favorite places to visit and step away from daily life and enjoy a quaint little beach town. I'm a big fan of going barefoot, which I can enjoy pretty much year-round here in SoCal, even in the winter, although sometimes socks are needed.

We enjoy an annual visit to the charming Inn at Playa del Rey in the beach community of Playa del Rey, just south of Marina del Rey and west of Culver City in the greater Los Angeles area.

The Inn at Playa Del Rey is one of our favorites for an adult overnight. Located in Playa Del Rey (not to be confused with nearby Playa Vista, nicknamed "Silicon Beach"), the Inn is a charming 21-room New England-style B and B on Culver Boulevard less than a mile from the beach and facing the beautiful Ballona Wetlands, a protected area of 3500 acres filled with bird life.
