The 92008 area covers the area west of El Camino Real to the ocean and south to Palomar Airport Road, including Carlsbad Village, Olde Carlsbad, The Barrio, Telescope Point, Bristol Cove, and Terramar, among other communities. The 92008 area offers a mix of attached (condos, townhomes, twinhomes) and detached single family homes with a few gated communities.
