New Homes for Sale at Fiore in Encinitas
We are seeing a boom of new construction building in Encinitas, with several small but upscale housing developments in varying phases of production, among other homes for sale in Encinitas.
I already wrote about the new homes at Mainhouse where they are just starting to build – more on that as more information, including pricing, and photos are available.

Recent reports about the shifts in the housing market have also targeted the changing high-end market…homes sales over $1 million.

N.A.R. reports that year-over-year, from 2011 to 2012, million dollar+ home sales increased in all regions of the country (see the infographic below). A recent Wall Street Journal article also reported the burgeoning sales of million dollar homes.
