The very popular 2-day Cardiff Greek Festival is this coming weekend, September 9th and 10th, at the Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church at 3459 Manchester Avenue. As they say, you can enjoy a day or two in Greece without a long flight and airfare!
The Church is located about a half mile off the I-5 Freeway at the Manchester Avenue Exit, heading East. Parking for Cardiff Greek Festival is free. Tickets are $3; children 12 and under get in free!

The always popular Summer event, Dog Days of Summer Festival , will be held in downtown Cardiff by the Sea (a.k.a. Cardiff) on Saturday August 13th from 10 am until 6:30 pm.

The very popular and annual Taste of Cardiff takes place in less than a week, on Thursday May 5th, which also happens to be Cinco de Mayo. The Taste of Cardiff will be held in downtown Cardiff by the Sea (a.k.a. Cardiff), hosted by the Cardiff 101 Main Street organization.
Given the holiday, this year’s Taste of Cardiff will have a special theme. Can you guess what it is?!

The 2016 3rd Annual Cardiff Kook Run will be held this coming Sunday February 7th in Cardiff by the Sea.
This fun and popular 5K and 10K Cardiff Kook Run is named after the famous surfing statue, the Cardiff Kook, on the Coast Highway in Cardiff, across from the railroad crrosing (the statue is officially named the “Magic Carpet Ride” by sculptor Matthew Antichevich).

The 2012 Kringle Mingle, the 5th annual, will be held on Sunday December 2 from 1until 5 pm in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, sponsored by Cardiff 101 Mainstreet, and supported by the popular Seaside Market.
The Kringle Mingle will be held at the Cardiff Town Center located at 2087 San Elijo Avenue.
Food from local restaurants (VG Donuts, Starbucks, Sambazon and Rimel’s), area shopping, and a decorated tree (with poinsettias, (6 comments)
