Waimanu Street opened to two way traffic between Pensacola and Pi‘ikoi Streets last Friday. In front of the New Waihonua Condo Complex, in the Ala Moana neighborhood. If you are familiar with this area you know it is an abominable traffic mess during the holiday's.
