During January 2017, the number of condominium units sold rose by 11.8 percent and single-family homes sold rose by 6.5 percent from January 2016. The median price for condos increased by one and a half percent to $380,000 and the median price paid for single-family homes in January 2017 decreased by just half a percent from the same month last year to $730,000. The median days on market for condominiums was 26 days and for single-family homes and were 21.

In the Month March 2017, single-family houses that sold increased by 4 percent. Condo sales increased by 0.8 percent during the same time period in 2016. The median price paid for single-family houses rose by 3.7 percent to $752,000 from March 2016, while condos increased by 3.9 percent to $400,000. Sales closed at a faster pace compared to a year ago with single-family houses on the market for 16 days, down from 18 days, and condominiums on the market for 15 days, down from 19.

In the month of December 2016, Condominium sales rose by 23.8 percent and sales of single-family homes rose by 14.8 percent. The median price for condos increased by one percent to $390,000 and the median price paid for single-family homes in December 2016 increased by 4.3 percent from the same month last year to $730,000. The median days on market for both single-family homes and condominiums was 18.
