The peaks and troughs of statitiscal data can offer all sorts of information to the consumer. Sometimes you need an actuary to realize the information and sometimes it's as clear as day what the statistics reveal. The Honolulu Real Estate Market has seen it's share of ups and downs, historically however, it doesn't take a mathmatical genius to see that the median price of Real Estate for both Condominuims and Single family residences has nearly quadrupled over the past 25 years.
