Through the month October 2016, condominium sales decreased by 5.7 percent compared to October 2015 while sales of single-family homes rose by 7 percent compared to October 2015.
The median price for condominiums increased by 7 percent from October 2015 to $396,000. The median price paid for single-family homes in October 2016 increased by 3.1 percent from the same month last year to $742,000.
The median days spent on the market for condominiums was 20 days and 19 day for single-family homes.
