The project was designed by architect Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Kō‘ula, or red sugarcane, was once cultivated in ancient times in this area of Honolulu and is now the name of Ward Villages’ latest Kaka’ako condominium. The project is slated to sit adjacent to the Ward Entertainment Center and the newly named 1.5-acre Victoria Ward Park.
