If you're looking to adopt a rescue dog please have a look at K9 Kokua's list of dogs seeking a home. Your consideration and aloha is greatly appreciated and needed. K9 Kokua started in 2003 as the only group in Hawai'i specializing in providing direct outreach to the dogs of the houseless population and those affected by domestic violence. The volunteer crew mission services multiple islands and responds to Urgent calls from police and private sector personnel regarding unique situations of need. K9 Kokua is not a rescue-focused group.
