Junk, we don't need no stinkin' junk!
Occasionally I come across homes that aren't exactly move in ready and I have to trade in my high heals for *work boots*.  Today was one of those days. 
On this particular listing, the owner had already done lots of work to get it ready to sell.  He installed new  carpet, replaced all the laminate with ceramic tile, updated all the light fixtures and ceiling fans and had the home professionally cleaned.  The only thing left to do was clear out what was left in the garage.  The listing in question (seen below) is … (9 comments)
