Recently I was hosting a morning class at our local Realotrs association. When I asked the participants if they had heard of Staging pretty much everyone in the room raised their hand. When asked if they are working with a Stager, one Realtor raised his hand. Does this mean that everyone else has time to Stage their own listings? What is the most common response a Realtor gets when they mention Staging to their clients? Why do home sellers find it easier to reduce their prices by thousands of dollars rather than spending a few hundred to Stage their home properly? … (0 comments)
