Kiawah Island is twenty one miles south of Charleston with ten miles of continuous beach, five 18 hole golf courses, two tennis facilities, bike trails, boating, fishing, shopping and much more. Fall is a good time to take a trip to the beach, and enjoy some great seafood. Hope we can go again soon.

Thank the Lord, we are coming upon another week in the world of Real Estate. I hope everyone out there has a very good week, and show some houses and make some deals. Most of us would settle for one deal in the next week. Be safe and have a little fun along the way.

What a wonderful day today! It has rained all day long at our house. It is so nice, I could go out side and play in it. My plants and shrubs are saying Thank You Lord, for the drink of water. My sidewalks and driveway is so glad to get a rinse off too.

My husband will be going to Texas in a couple of weeks to help with the storm claenup and I was just wondering what the weather would be like as to what kind of clothes I need to pack for him. Also I sure hope he will be able to find lodging and food while he is there.

It feels so great outside, you can just feel fall in the air. It is so crisp. You can pull out the fall clothes, the sweaters and the light jackets and vest. This is wonderful after the long hot and dry summer we have just been through. It makes you want to List and Sell something.....

It is so nice to wake up to cooler weather on these September days. We sure have been burned to a crisp the last few months here in the upstate of South Carolina, in beautiful Spartanburg county. We are still in grave need of rainfall, but we trust that will also come in due time. We are so blessed.
