Today we take a look at “Final Walkthroughs”. If you’re looking to buy a home in Lancaster PA or beyond, you’ll ultimately be doing a final walkthrough. These are held usually within 24 hours of settlement, either the morning of or the evening before. Sometimes they can be held a week in advance but the general idea is that if the home is occupied it’ll likely not be empty yet. Always better to walk through an empty home.
