This was my week to tour communities tailored towards active adult homebuyers...On Tuesday I went over to K.Hovananian Builder's Four Seasons at Elm Tree, located in Mount Joy right off route 283.
The Tour was hosted by Margaret Bull & Loretta Mazzenga, K.Hovnanian's onsite representatives. After a meeting to bring everyone up to speed on the programs offered to the Lancaster adult communities buyers, we toured the 3 gorgeous models.
