Vacant Homes Previously on the Market
Staged, Marketed, SOLD = 26 days / Un-staged, Marketed = NOT SOLD= 120 days
Occupied Homes Previously on the Market
Staged, Marketed, SOLD = 45 days / Un-staged, Marketed = NOT SOLD after 102 days
Homes Not Previously on the Market
Vacant Homes Sold on Average 40 days after Staging

1) You will make more money.
U.S. Housing and Urban Development reports that a staged home will sell, on average, 17% higher than an un-stage home
2) Your house will sell faster, which equals less headaches and hassles.
The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) reported that the average number of days an occupiedun-staged home is on the market is 102 days versus 45 for a staged home.

It is not to late to buy your license.
Those of you who did miss it the first day of trout was this past Saturday April 4, 2009.
To be official you need to purchase a fishing license and a trout stamp for trout season (see belows chart for pricing). You can go to any local fish and tackle shop to get your license.
You can get a license on line see link for details Internet fishing licenses are sold online at The Outdoor Shop.
Minimum Size: Seven (7) inches.

This week may prove to be a truly historic one in our industry. As we write to you, the Fix Housing First Act of the Senate's Economic Stimulus Bill is currently being debated. This Act includes a $15,000 tax credit for homebuyers that has already verbally been passed. Also on the table is a provision to lower 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rates down to 4-4.5 percent for eligible homebuyers.
