If you have an interest in a variety of art by over 300 local artists, the Sprng 2015 showing of "Art at The Mill" starts April 24th and ends May 10th. Burwell-Morgan Mill in Milltown VA was restored and is maintained by Clarke County Historic Association. The artwork is all original, and includes painting, drawing, sculpture, etching, woodworking, and glass. The mill is full of antiques as well, and there is plenty of space on the grounds for a picnic. clarke county: Neighboring Realtor Associations & Multiple Lockbox Types

This has been going since at least 2010 in this area. NVAR switched to Sentri, but DAR stuck with Supra. Agents needed to have part time membership in a neighboring association in order to show houses using both types of lockboxes. Well, DAR eventually switched to Sentri, and no longer deals with Supra. So my old Supra Active Key that I got from DAR sat in my drawer for a while. I wasn't getting a ton of showings from counties West of here, and Sentri worked well over 90% of the time. Well, yes, it's been raining, but? There is no mention of what to expect when attempting to show this vacant bank owned home. Show Instructions said call office for combo. I did. I assume the duty agent has never seen the property. Remarks said: " Fantastic mountain views...", " Lots of Potential", " Beautiful country". HA. What "Remarks" should have said are: 4 wheel drive access only, beware, weapon optional, ignore hazards, wear rubber muck boots, etc. "Show Instrcuctions" should have said: 4WD only, One Lane rough gravel road, rough driveway.
