retail: Investing in Arizona

What a year! It's been tough but I'm now seeing some big equity money come to town to take over stranded development projects in the office, industrial and retail areas. Hoping that this will clean up the banks books, get the lenders lending again, encourage more investors (those that require lenders), and ultimately give businesses confidence to lease or own their own buildings.
