As a real estate agent for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s, I know that homes have more value located in great school districts and near public parks. But I’m reading more articles, lately, on how home values are increasing based on being near healthy, innovative eats.
A new Urban Land Institute (ULI) report shows homes prices are higher in neighborhoods where there are “local” choices on healthy eats along with innovative cuisine options. In the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s communities, I sell in, I’m noticing more healthy, fun, restaurants popping up all the time.
