Taking a listing is a huge responsibility. It takes more than just putting a sign in the front yard, a lockbox on the door and putting the listing into the MLS. There are steps than can be taken to assure your sellers that you are doing your job correctly and that its getting the exposure that it needs.. After all, you do want to sell the house.
