HOLA! This is so simple and so yummy!! Chicken is a favorite in this house and I'm always looking for a new way to make it. Being a southern girl, we like to make things from scratch, but this day in age, we also like QUICK AND EASY!!! So, here it goes.... Place some chicken breast in a crock pot and fully cover with salsa (any kind). This is the part where you leave it for 8 hours and don't mess with it until you get home.
