I don’t know about anyone else, but October is one of my favorite times in Arizona. It begins a cool down from the summer heat. I can start opening my doors and windows and letting in the cool air breath in my house. (at least in the morning and evenings) I also adore pumpkins. My kids think its weird, but I do. If we see any pumpkins at the store they know we will be looking at them. I just love the color, texture, and unique shapes. Oh and the ability to transfer through 2 holidays. One shot decorating. Cash only sales are decreasing and only now make up 35.6% of our market. This figure has decreased 10% in the last year. We are seeing the investors leaving the market slowly. The margins are just not available like they were in years past.
