When you are trying to refer someone in another state through activerain, what do you look at on their profile? Do you look at their activity, what they have to offer, their beliefs, their testimonials? I am just curious because I am referring people who I can't help to others and I am just curious as to how you guys assess them to be referred. … (3 comments)
