I talked to someone from the Sandler Sales Institute this morning and I was amazed at the information that he gave me. I think everyone should live by this....
 Draw the face of an analog clock...
On the 12 hour, put the word Outlook There
On the 3 hour, put the word Judgment There
On the 6 hour, put the word Actions There
On the 9 hour, put the word Results There
Now draw an arrow from Outlook pointing to Judgment pointing to Actions pointing to Results

A good friend of mine sent this to me and this is SO true:
