san jose: Rates Are Finally Affecting People Who Can Refinance

According to the San Jose Mercury News, The lower rates have finally brought the savings to owners and would-be home buyers. I hope that means the lenders have stopped being so tight with that stuff. Glad to hear though that the jumbo mortgages are finally being helped, not enough, but thankfully they are finally being helped. So, I guess the increased limits helped SOME parts of the country, now if they would get to the lower cost of living states and increase that limit that high! We're waiting... In the meantime, if you need a loan refinanced, give me a call … (2 comments)
