Everyone has heard of Vegas but where is Sparks, NV? Tucked away in the high desert of Northern Nevada, Sparks is sister city to Reno. With a growing population of over 80,000, the "City of Promise" is expanding in many ways. On the horizon are several new developments. One is "The Legends", at Sparks Marina which will attract a number of unique destination and entertainment retailers, restaurants, and night clubs to it's intended 800,000 square ft shopping/entertainment center.
