Here's my Question du Jour:
I have two sellers, both of whom collect antiques. One is actually selling a home on the historical register. The houses are both great- very updated (even the 167 year old one!), beautiful colors, in great condition. The problem I have is that every time I take a buyer through, I hear "Oh, it's decorated so nice- my stuff wouldn't look as good" or "I couldn't decorate it this way myself".
