Most of us in the Real Estate Business are well... looking to increase our income, get back some financial freedome we once had... Is Cabo real estate all that? - Yes!

I am sure there are some folks that have seen this quality of construction and finish work in real estate before in other places besides Cabo. They must have! But I tell you... I have not. In November I took a trip to Chicago and Milwaukee. Yes, Milwaukee. Desmond Mason of the Milwaukee Bucks is a client of mine. But that is another story. I got to walk through some fantastic neighborhoods with Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and see stunning estates on the lake. And I thought to myself, what a wonderful world. No, I thought. Living in Los Cabos Mexico, and Cabo Real Estate is awesome! Not only do we have absolutely perfect weather here (on average 350 days a year), but the developers are taking the bar of excellence and raising it far higher than I thought it could go. It is no wonder that Michael Dell of Dell computers is having a home built here. Why move from one paradise to another?
