I have noticed over the past few months that some are not familiar with the reblogging feature of Activerain. Some Activerain blogs are just decorated with reblogs of other member's posts on every type of posts possible. These posts include everything from recipes, jokes, etc.
So, I figured I would share the reasons why the reblog feature was designed. This is just my opinion of what it is use for, not an official thing from Activerain. For more info from Activerain, visit Bob's post here. Now, here are my thoughts as to what it is used for.

Living in Myrtle Beach, SC we are lucky not to have to deal with a lot of the cold wintry weather that other parts of the country experience for many months each winter. For example, on Friday, I posted an update on twitter saying, "Its 5pm in the Middle of November & the temperatures is 70 outside!" At the same time, parts of the northeast were preparing for snow!

Today marks the beginning of Autumn and that means more days of cooler weather, leaves changing color, and great Myrtle Beach Real Estate deals! Over the weekend, our market saw 70 new listings entered to the MLS while 247 properties went under contract. That is 3.5 to 1 ratio of homes going under contract to new homes being listed for sale.

One of the questions that arises on a regular basis has to do with earnest money. First, what is earnest money? Wikipedia gives a wonderful definition of the term here. Basically, it is the deposit made towards the purchase of real estate and is part of your down payment. In South Carolina, this money is held in a trust account of a real estate company. It cannot be used by the real estate company for any other purpose.
