While I've never been quite a bread person per se, this banana bread of my mom's that I have perfected and tweaked is absolutely the most delicious and moist banana bread you will ever have. I got so tired of dry banana bread or bread that wasn't moist and it felt like a chore to eat and I never made it. This banana bread leaves all others in the dust.
INGREDIENTS

I love posting foodie blogs when I can and last night I made delicious eggrolls and rangoons. These are super simple to make and everyone at the table gobled them up. It was really simple since you can put just about anything you want in an eggroll.
Here is my recipe of what I had on hand:
5 large mushrooms - quartered and sliced
3/4 cup shredded cabbage
3/4 cup shredded spinach
1 TBL grated ginger (I keep my ginger in the freezer so it lasts forever and just grate it when needed)
