Well I am almost at 100%. I am asking everyone in my office to join Active Rain. I was so impressed by the crew at the Rain Camp in Atlantic City that I am hot to trot! I have been helping people invest in Real Estate for the Future for 20 years. This mess that I feel was caused by Wall Street is slowly starting to cure. That is a tribute to our American Economy. My question is how will the Gen x ers and Gen Nexters feel about owning homes. Just sneak a look 30 years from now. My son who just graduated Rutgers a year ago has a great job as a manager of an upscale restaurant. Not a job in his field. So the way I look at it is the Real Estate Market peaked around here August 2005. That means almost 6 years of downhill. Sometimes we just need a break. Mine came yesterday. It was my sons first day of Little League practice. I took off the afternoon against my better wishes at the insistance of my wife. Well please do not tell her, but she is a genius. Every botched ball, every dropped fly, every swing and miss was funnier than the last. Got me to smile and remember that with a little work things will get better. … (1 comments)
