I have been helping people invest in Real Estate for the Future for 20 years. This mess that I feel was caused by Wall Street is slowly starting to cure. That is a tribute to our American Economy. My question is how will the Gen x ers and Gen Nexters feel about owning homes. Just sneak a look 30 years from now. My son who just graduated Rutgers a year ago has a great job as a manager of an upscale restaurant. Not a job in his field. Anyone have any idea where the market is going? Up, down, good news, bad who can figure it out. We all need to watch out for: 1. Presidential candidates who want to raise the capital gains tax. 2. NJ trying to raise the tax on selling a home. 3. Removal of interest on home mortgages as tax deductions. Keep telling your elected representatives to keep their hands off our $$$$$$. … (2 comments)
