Our local MLS gave a seminar on Short Sale management yesterday and 200 agents showed up (out of 5000 in our MLS). While I was in the lobby waiting for a few of the agents from my office to show up I greeted a bunch of the attendees. I noticed that the top closed listing sides agent in Middlesex MLS was there (82 closed listings in the past 12 months). I also notice a number of other top producers there. Who was not there?
