Selling a home in this market requires a serious, well thought out plan of action. The media has made everyone aware that this is not the most favorable market for home sellers. Over 50,000 residential properties are for sale in the greater Phoenix area, prices have declined substantially, loan guidelines have become tougher, and more money is required upfront from buyers.
