Just back in November Santa Cruz county was rated the 12th hottest Real Estate market in the nation and now Santa Cruz is ranked the 7th hottest market in the nation as of February 2016. Quite a jump! I am not surprised by it though based on what I have seen on the market. For example, in Capitola there are just 3 homes for sale! - last February in 2015 there were an average of 11 homes for sale.
