I moved to Southwest Florida after having vacationed here for many years. I am originally from Lexington, KY and attended the University of Kentucky along with my wife. I am now a proud father of a baby girl and enjoy every day I have down here in the sun. I started my career with ERA and then after 2 years transferred my license to Downing Frye Realty. I have been with them ever since. Downing Frye is the largest firm in the area and has been around since the 1960’s. Downing Frye has also been among the top Real Estate agencies in the country in sales volume for the last several years. I have personally grown my business every year since I have been in Real Estate. I finished in the top 1% in Bonita Springs and Estero in bringing buyers to closing out of 5000 registered agents. I have also been awarded the Top Performance award with Downing Frye……with close to 600 agents this award is only given to the top 40 agents. I use an intense marketing campaign for all of my sellers and keep my buyers up to date on all property as it comes on the market.
